For the best possible results, it is recommended that you use our product right out of the shower when your skin is still damp! This is when your pores are most open to receiving the product.
Our butters are meant to be kept in a room-temperature environment and should be kept from being left outside or in hot cars. The shelf life is 2 years.
Though we do everything we can to keep your butters from melting, we cannot control the blazing heat of the sun. If your product does arrive melted, put it in the fridge for a night, this should help the product return to a solidified stage
